Scam Falcon is operated by Levy Labs Pty Ltd (ACN 694411259).
By using Scam Falcon, you agree to these terms.
Use of the App
Scam Falcon is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to reverse-engineer, misuse, or attempt to harm the app or its users.
Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Scam Falcon may offer in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You must cancel through your device's Apple Account Subscription settings. Emailing us to cancel does not constitute cancellation.
Refunds: We are unable to issue refunds directly for in-app purchases. All refund requests must be submitted to Apple through their respective support channels.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices at any time. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
User Accounts
You may create an account to access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You may request deletion of your account at any time by visiting our Support page.
Accuracy of Results
Scam Falcon uses automated analysis to assess whether messages, emails, links and other content show signs of a scam. This analysis is not perfect and will sometimes be wrong.
You should assume that:
Scam Falcon can miss scams. Content marked as safe, low risk, or unlikely to be a scam may still be fraudulent, malicious, or harmful. Scammers actively change their methods to avoid detection.
Scam Falcon can flag legitimate content as suspicious. Genuine messages from banks, government agencies, employers, delivery services and other legitimate senders may be incorrectly identified as scams.
Results are a signal, not a verdict. Ratings, scores, explanations and any other output are provided to help you make your own decision. They are not a determination that content is safe, or that any person or organisation is engaged in wrongdoing.
Scam Falcon does not provide financial, legal, security or professional advice. Never rely on Scam Falcon alone when deciding whether to send money, share personal or financial details, click a link, install software, or act on a request. Verify independently, using contact details you have sourced yourself rather than any contained in the content you are checking.
If you believe you have been targeted by or lost money to a scam, contact your bank immediately and report it to the National Anti-Scam Centre at scamwatch.gov.au.
No Warranty
Scam Falcon is provided "as is" without any warranties. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free or available at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Scam Falcon.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
